How do I download my digital clipart files after purchase?
After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a download link within minutes. You can also access your files from your order confirmation page. All downloads are available immediately — no waiting required!
How long do I have to download my clipart files?
Your download links never expire! You can download your digital clipart files anytime, as many times as you need. We recommend saving them to your computer, Google Drive, or Dropbox for safekeeping.
What file format are the clipart images?
All our clipart comes as high-resolution PNG files with 300 DPI (dots per inch) and transparent backgrounds. PNG is the industry standard for clipart because it preserves image quality and allows the images to be placed on any background seamlessly.
I didn't receive my download email. What should I do?
First, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder — download emails sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it after 15 minutes, contact us with your order number or the email you used, and we'll resend your download link immediately.
Can I get a refund on digital clipart?
Due to the instant-download nature of digital products, all sales are final and we cannot offer refunds once you have access to the files. This is standard practice for digital goods. Please review all product images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Do you offer bundles or discounts for multiple purchases?
Yes! Subscribe to our newsletter to receive exclusive discount codes, free clipart bundles, and early access to sales. We also offer bundle deals on our shop — check the homepage for current promotions.
Commercial Use & Licensing
Can I use DigiPattern Atelier clipart for commercial purposes?
Absolutely! Every purchase includes a commercial license for small business use. You can create and sell physical products like mugs, t-shirts, tumblers, stickers, invitations, greeting cards, party decorations, and more. The only restriction is you cannot resell the digital files themselves.
Can I sell products made with this clipart on Etsy, Amazon, or Shopify?
Yes! Our commercial license allows you to sell physical products on any marketplace including Etsy, Amazon Handmade, Shopify, craft fairs, and local markets. Many of our customers are successful Etsy sellers using our clipart for their handmade products.
Can I use the clipart for print-on-demand (POD) products?
Yes! Our clipart works great for print-on-demand services like Printful, Printify, Gooten, and others. Use them for sublimation, DTF (direct-to-film), DTG (direct-to-garment), and heat transfer vinyl (HTV) projects.
How many products can I sell with one clipart license?
Our standard license covers up to 500 units per design. If you're producing more than 500 units of a single product design, please contact us for an extended commercial license. Most small businesses never reach this limit!
Do I need to credit DigiPattern Atelier when I use the clipart?
No attribution or credit is required! You can use our clipart without mentioning us. However, we always appreciate a tag or shoutout on social media @DigiPatternAtelier — it helps other crafters discover us! 💕
Can I share the clipart files with my friend, team, or client?
Each license is for a single user only. If someone else wants to use the clipart (friend, team member, or client), they need to purchase their own license. This helps us continue creating new designs!
Can I use character-themed clipart (Disney, Pixar, etc.) for commercial products?
Our fan art and character-inspired designs are best suited for personal use and small craft projects like party decorations or gifts. For large-scale commercial production or resale, we recommend using our original non-character designs to avoid any trademark concerns.

Does this clipart work with Cricut Design Space?
Yes! Our PNG files with transparent backgrounds work perfectly in Cricut Design Space. Simply upload the PNG file, and it's ready to use for vinyl cutting, print-then-cut projects, stickers, iron-on designs, and more.
Can I use the clipart with Silhouette Studio?
Absolutely! Our high-resolution PNG files are fully compatible with Silhouette Studio (including the free version). They work great for print-and-cut, sticker sheets, and other Silhouette projects.
What design software is compatible with your clipart?
Our PNG files work with virtually any design software including: Canva (free and Pro), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, Affinity Designer, GIMP, Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and many more!
Can I use the clipart in Canva?
Yes! Canva is one of the most popular ways to use our clipart. Simply upload the PNG files to your Canva account and drag them into any design. They work perfectly for social media posts, invitations, printables, and more.
Are the clipart images good for sublimation printing?
Yes! Our 300 DPI high-resolution PNG files are perfect for sublimation. The transparent backgrounds and vibrant colors transfer beautifully onto mugs, tumblers, t-shirts, mouse pads, and other sublimation blanks.
Can I resize the clipart without losing quality?
You can resize our clipart smaller without any quality loss. When enlarging, try not to go beyond 150-200% of the original size to maintain sharpness. Our files are high-resolution (300 DPI) so they're already sized for most print projects.

What does 300 DPI mean and why does it matter?
DPI stands for 'dots per inch' and measures image resolution. 300 DPI is the professional standard for print — it ensures your printed products look sharp and crisp, not blurry or pixelated. All our clipart is 300 DPI for the best print quality.
What is a transparent background PNG?
A transparent background means there's no white box or colored background around the clipart image. When you place a transparent PNG on any background — whether solid colors, patterns, or photos — the clipart blends seamlessly without any visible edges.
What's the difference between PNG and JPG files?
PNG files support transparent backgrounds and maintain higher quality, making them ideal for clipart. JPG files have solid backgrounds (usually white) and use compression that can reduce quality. All our clipart is PNG format for maximum versatility.
How big are the clipart files? Will they fit on my computer?
File sizes vary by bundle, typically ranging from 10MB to 100MB per collection. Each individual PNG is usually 1-5MB. They'll easily fit on any modern computer, phone, or cloud storage service.
Can I edit or modify the clipart?
Yes! You can resize, rotate, crop, adjust colors, add filters, combine with other elements, and modify our clipart for your projects. Get creative and make it your own!
